Currently I don't have a scale, and honestly I'm terrified to buy one. The last time I weighed myself was the beginning of May, and I was up to 195lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever been. To my knowledge at least. I'm worried I may have gained more weight after we moved. Part of my wants to buy a scale to see where I am and measure my progress. But the other part of my is so nervous to see where I'm at right now. I know there are ways to track my progress without a scale, like measuring body parts and clothes getting looser, so I think I could do this without a scale.
How bout you guys? Do any of you do this without a scale? For those of you who do use a scale, how often do you use it?
