Such a great feeling to finish a challenge. I just completed the 28 day home workout challenge. That was a great challenge. Some of those really short videos got me sweatin' & breathin' hard. Sometimes I did have to slow down because it go too intense. But hey. I'm learning to listen to my body.

I took my measurements/weight...etc at the beginning of the challenge. My weight was up and down. Oh well. In the back up, but I'm building a lot of new lean muscle. I expect weight gain with that. My pants are looser. That's what I use for other measuring. Yes, all original measurements, not weight, were done with a measuring tape.

In this month, I lost an inch from my chest, waist and a 1/4 inch from my thighs.

Today I started my new challenge to build a better butt, so I'm doing the 30 day skinny jeans challenge. Let's see how much better those size 12 skinny jeans fit in 30 days.
