I realized I didn't post since last week so here's some new stuff.
I got Joey some awesome clothes for next ta nothing! Loved it! I had to listen to my sister go off on this guy she's been seeing for five years. Its such a waste of her time and I HATE hearing about it. And of course she goes right back to his house the next day.
I'm down 3 pounds since last week. I've logged food almost everyday. I didn't batch cook on Monday. I have a hard time with food that sits in the fridge past one day so I'm going to have to just accept cooking something the night before maybe. Ugh! I wish I could just hire a chef to do it all. LOL.
I've let a friend of mine, who is a coach and an aerobics instructor talk me into doing a challenge group with her and some others virtually. I'm a little excited because first time, I'm feeling up to the challenge. Before I was never motivated by them but now I actually want to do it and stay accountable. Maybe its all those instagram success stories I follow.
I also have been exercising twice a day. NOthing major. I actually call it movement. I personally am concerned when I hear statistics of how 1 hour a day exercise isn't beneficial when you sit for the rest of the day. I do a good bit of sitting, so my routine now is to get up every couple of hours. Then twice a day do something a little more physical such as dance. For me today, it was 15 minutes of dance and then 10 minutes of kettlebell. Hopefully I can improve the amount of time spent as the weight goes down.
