August Report

Thursday, September 03, 2015

August started well but got off track while my brother visited in the middle. I'm mostly back on the right course now.

NUTRITION

I met my caloric goals of 1450 calories or less 23/31 days this month, which is with 74% accuracy! (My goal was 75% accuracy, so I missed the mark by one day.) However I really blew it on the other days. With my brother home, we ate lots of junk we usually don't. Not a strong month in this department.

FITNESS

This month I earned 3,695 fitness minutes! A lot of those minutes I spent cleaning the house and organizing my bedroom. I also met my goal of doing 3 one-hour ballet videos per week. I did 13 one-hour ballet workouts this month!

WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS

I went from 156 to 159 this month. I gained it quickly, and I told myself I would lose it quickly. Still too chicken for the measuring tape . . .

OTHER AUGUST ACCOMPLISHMENTS

emoticon I read 7 books last month: The Prince and the Pauper, Paradiso, Five Weeks in a Balloon, Apology, A Study in Scarlet, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and A Midsummer Night's Dream!

emoticon I reached my goal and wrote 8 blogs last month!

emoticon As for my 3-2-1 punch goal, I am getting 3 fish oils consistently every day! I am still working on 2 Metamucil a day and only 1 dessert a day.
