I am really struggling with anxiety. I cannot stand this feeling. Why can't I feel good about myself? I cannot stand being afraid every single day.


I've had therapy, meds, etc. When will I lean to accept myself. When will I learn to like myself, love myself?

I'm not sure what to do next. Any thoughts?

    I also have anxiety. I have kept a journal to help me identify when I am most anxious. Then I tried to remove or limit these triggers. When I do feel anxious I workout, clean the house, listen to music or talk to a friend.

    Breathe. Just breathe. I have suffered with anxiety all my life but am only now learning to cope with it. Have you tried mindfulness meditation? It has been a lifesaver for me. It brings you into the moment. Google it and try. Best of luck!
