Workout Options Brainstorm

I'm back at work (yea, 8th graders!) and while I love being with my teens, I was so exhausted after Day One that I couldn't work out. (To be fair, the glass of Merlot with dinner may have had an influence. But it was worth it!)
I can't let that happen tonight. So here's my brainstorm of possible workout options. Note: the weather in Wisconsin today is a sticky 88 degrees.
1. Bike ride! Of course! I love biking, and I can handle the heat when I'm flying down the trails.
2. Running on treadmill...meh...but I could watch Dance Moms while jogging.
3. TKD forms. This HAS to happen and will take about 20 minutes.
4. Dog walk...only if the temp drops.
5. Yoga? That could be fun.
All right, here's my plan:
Plan A: Go home, greet children, go for a short bike ride, do forms, make dinner.
Plan B: Go home, greet children, make dinner, run on treadmill, do forms.
Let's see how it pans out, shall we?
