Hummm..blood pressure

Went to doctor this morning for dot physical blood pressure sky high..I'm not on no meds had to go see family dr..told him I was on exercise plan of walking and that I had dropped like 10 lbs .he told me that raises blood pressure also and that was proably it..anyways got me on pills for a couple of weeks till I do a follow up. I guess I'm tricking Mo body eating all this healthy stuff and exercising ..I never had any problems with blood pressure thanks

    I hope your blood pressure will stabilize for you. I hope it's only temporary and will balance itself out as you continue to eat right and exercise. :)

    Hopefully the pills will get it under control, and your body will catch up with you and realize you are doing all this to make it MORE healthy!! Stick with it!

    Well I was thinking same thing exercise lowers blood pressure .band I know it does but why it was up so high Wednesday I still don't know I had a casserole the night before but doc said it shouldn't still be in system with the amount of time that had passed. Anyways taking my little white pill and I'll see in a couple of weeks I guess emoticon

    :( aww I was expecting to come into this blog to read that your blood pressure had dropped dramatically , but no worries I am sure it will be back to normal in no time !! I take BP meds too , mine has dropped since I started my healthy lifestyle , wonder if you have White Coat Syndrome ?

    Exercise lowers bp. So that is confusing. How does your sodium intake look? Were you nervous at the doctors?
