WEEKLY TOTALS
-I consumed 10,120 calories this week, which averages 1445 daily. I met my caloric goals 5/7 days this week!

-I earned 780 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 3,830 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 900 net calories a day, which is on target.

-The scale fluctuated a lot this week, but I think I lost at least 1 pound this week! I averaged 158. Slowly regaining control. I'm aiming for 155 before fall!
