Self-Compassion (Days 30 & 31)

I have about an hour before my son gets home from school. Then we'll have about 3 hours to do homework and chores. After that, we're going to start working on a new nightly bedtime routine. I'd like to get as much sleep as possible before starting a new job tomorrow.

Self-compassion and self-care will both continue to be my focus in September. I'll make as many healthy choices as I can. I'd like to sleep better, eat healthier, walk and hike more. I have some hand-outs from my therapist that will help.

I've done a good job reflecting on what's happened in my life. I'm ready to heal.
