Vegan Cabbage Rolls from fatfreevegan

These cabbage rolls are delicious! However, they do require love and devotion, so only make them if you love cabbage rolls. I used garam masala, fresh lemon juice, and fresh parsley to season the lentil and bulgur filling. I also added additional bulgur to the tomato sauce at the end. LUSCIOUS DISH!

    Oh I do love cabbage rolls, they are however quite a bit of work. I would love to try these vegan ones. I do frequently make mine vegetarian, but not always vegan.
