Resetting the Goal

I am inspired by people who stick with a plan and have a large weight loss.

I revisited my goals, adjusted the amount to lose per week, and set a new target date. Yes, I'd love to do it faster, but I really want to do it no matter how long it takes.

    I had to reset my goal a couple of times. Weight just took a little longer to come off.
