Working it out

I just finished 40 minutes of WATP Walk Off Fat Fast and it about kicked my butt. I can really tell that I had been lax getting my exercise in. It was a little too fast towards the beginning for my short, fat legs to keep up with but I kept moving. I really feel better now that I did it but when I was doing it the little mean grimmlins in my head tried to convince me to stop. It was too hard, I'd done enough, to take the easy way out. To add to a long list of failures in achieving my goals. I have to make the decision minute by minute whether I want to succeed at the goal I set or am I going to let temporary discomfort or temptation keep me from success. I'll never be the way I used to be but I can be a better me. Today I beat back the doubts and kept moving forward. I'll keep Sparking!

    yep - those gremlins ARE mean! Boot-'em out!!! I think that's probably the biggest reason I like to walk with music or my dog ... sometone/hing else to focus on so my gremlins don't spoil a nice walk. GOOD FOR YOU sticking to it and upping your exercise game!
