Day Four of my awareness week

I don't know what to call it. I'm just trying to pay attention this week.
Today was pretty good. I finished eating after 8. This is to ensure I can get some sleep tonight. Eating food can result in some violent night time issues for me. Most importantly, I can't sleep. I was up til 4AM yesterday with bloat and gas. So right now I'm ok. My stomach is grumbly but I don't feel bloated at the moment. I hope this isn't a pre-show to more gas. I have this happen at times too.
Visiting with my parents for the weekend. I'm headed to a big consignment sale and I'm looking for Joey some winter attire. Buying ahead means I don't have to worry about his wardrobe when it gets cold.
I don't know why but I have begun having issues with flavored chips. Its good and bad. I love flavored chips but I overeat them anyway. I never had issues with them until recently, now they cause me all kinds of stomach upset. I guess it is a mix of preservatives, milk powder and sugars. I'll just add it to the long list of other foods that bug me.
I'll be out of the house tomorrow all day but I'm looking forward to it and planning not to go overboard. I'm hoping to see a lower weight by next Tuesday.
