It has been too long

This time last year I was down to 172 and wow how I felt. Had lost 102 lbs. to that point. I allowed life to get the best of me and throw me off track. I am at 206 right now, was up to 212 but fighting to get back to working towards my goal of a healthier life. I did not lose all progress I had made.

For the past month I have been walking again on a regular basis and now back up to almost daily. On the diet side I am again bringing the changes in a little at a time. On October 1st I am going to be working on quitting smoking (again).

I don't know how far I will make it this time, of course you go in with full intention of making it all the way and who know I just might this time. Will work hard towards making it so but no matter what I will get there. It isn't a matter of if I reach my goal it is when. At this point I am aiming for next year in the fall and whether I reach the final goal or not I will be further along than I am now.
