I miss my old computer, the huge one because I would leave the sparkpeople screen on all day and as I'm cooking or cleaning I glanced at it or whatnot. I was having issues recently with my phones and the other kindle and the app isn't enough for me, but now, FINALLY, I have a tablet that dosent give me many issues.:-)
This year I have reflected a lot on making up for last year with my broken ankle incident. Missing out on my whole summer for 3 months, dealing with small kids, tryingnto go to stores or parks, cats running under wheelchair, anything really...
I have been pretty active lately, drinking lots of water, working out or walking to kids school. Last weekend I went hiking @ whipps ledges, swimming, etc. I love being active. I just need to balance my hunger cravings, sometimes my body thinks its starving when I get good workouts in, ha. I have also been keeping up on housework, schoolwork, organizing junk, etc, and it makes for an overall well being.
I just wanted to touch base and let sp know my status. I've been maintaining a certain weight for quite a while but I can feel now after recently stepping up my activity and workoutt I am making a huge difference again. Onederland, here I come.
