What a beautiful day, yes it's a little cool, but still it's a wonderful day.

Not much is going on, I did begin my exercise routine (a new one) today which includes chair Yoga (because I can't do anything that involves getting down on my knees); and a cardiac routine that was set out by a hospital in Missouri. Together they're around 35 minutes or so, and you can increase it, so that'll be great.
