WEEKLY TOTALS
-Sadly we did not eat right while entertaining my brother and his girlfriend. I consumed 10,440 calories this week, which averages 1555 daily. I met my caloric goals 5/7 days this week!

-I earned 970 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,170 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 895 net calories a day, which is on target. But I think I underestimated the calories I consumed. . . .

-The scale says I gained 2 pounds and I'm sitting at 159! I don't like that one little bit, and I'm doing my utmost to correct it!
