When you DO, you get results. It is simple as that. If you put effort into your work, no matter what it is that you're doing, you will make progress. Some days, just waking up and jumping out of bed is progress. New week, new chance to make it better. I just feel a little disappointed that I only managed to maintain in the last few days, but yeah, if you don't give, you don't get! No excuses or pity for myself, only work and dedication for the coming days! Stay positive :)

    I'd only add: with fitness, it takes some time for the "get" to show up. With weight loss, doubly so. One week of proper eating and cardio and the weight doesn't budge, one shameless brunch with calories in the thousands, and it's 3 pounds down. Persistence, persistence, persistence ...
