I forgot to add yesterday that our daughter had thought about not taking Ty, her buckskin Shetland, and when people found out they were sending her messages and calling her. Ty has a huge fanclub at Boone County Fair, and they weren't going to allow her to leave him home.
It's so funny, one guy in particular wants to buy him so bad, but she's not about to sell him. Ty has such a great personality, you can't even tell he's a stallion, and like I've mentioned before, the first time she hooked him up to the cart, he drove like he'd driven all his life.
He's such a gentle pony, and everyone loves him. People always have to stop to see him; and the one guy has offered thousands for this pony, but she will not sell him. I don't blame her..she's had him since he was 2 months old and he is just such a sweetheart. So I guess my pics today will be part of him, and a few of Brande. We got more of her wedding pictures today, so surprise. :)
Ty over the years:
Oh and the first includes Ty and Gator, Brande's Golden when he was just a puppy, too.
At the front doors of the 1800's mansion:
In front of the mirror in Villa Louis (this picture was Brande's idea):
In front of the stained glass window on the stairs:
Again, in front of the stained glass window, I couldn't choose which I liked better:
And then in front of the staircase in the 1800's Villa Louis Mansion:
They had so many beautiful pictures, this was at Pikes Peak in Iowa with Gator and his Tux I made for him:
This was kind of cool, Brande's wedding boots and her flowers:
I love the way the carriage horse looks over at Brande and Dan in this:
And this was Gator seeing Brande after being away from her the entire day, he was so happy to finally see his Mommy:
Then this, at the entry to the reception, it's so precious:
A few outside before the wedding like this one:
And this one, too, I thought she was so beautiful:
And one more, Dan and Brande couldn't see each other before the wedding, so they backed up against each other for this picture. It turned out beautifully:
Ok, I'll stop..for now *L* Have a wonderful rest of the week, I'm gone again this weekend, an open house for our son's best friends, he was in their wedding as Best Man a year or so ago, and our entire family was invited up to Plover to see their new house, so we're going up there. Our 33rd anniversary is tomorrow, so a double celebration. So see you Monday! Have a great and safe weekend. Hugs to you all!
