Facebook is Fattening

Working for the schools, I have excess time in the summers for all the things I should be doing to improve my health. Researching exercises, reading up on nutrition, experimenting with new recipes, exercising, streamlining healthy food shopping...
What I have found, though, is that Facebook has sucked me down the worm hole almost every single day, and now my summer is gone. I have never wasted more time in my enter life and missed so many opportunities for quality workouts!
My resolution, starting now, is to limit all social media to 20 minutes per day. I might dedicate more to Sparkpeople daily, so I can log my food and interact for motivation and support, but social media in general is sucking my life away right before my eyes.
Given that I was so uninterested in social media for so long, I am surprised to discover that Facebook is so fattening for me.
