New Attitude

I woke up this morning with a new attitude. A can do attitude. I am counting my calories and portions making certain that I stay within my daily allotted calories to lose up to 2 pounds a week. I am not going to kill myself just stay focused. I've done it before so I know that I can do it and it was through Sparkpeople that I received the encouragement to do it. Next Thursday, I will weigh in to see my progress for the first week. I have to be accountable for me that's important. People like NATPLUMMER was a big encouraging factor in my success last time around.
