Lost for a while

Lately, I've made some mistakes in my weightloss journey and it is only the beginning. I am not disappointed or angry on myself, because I know that my bad habit of coping with stress by eating unhealthy food in unhealthy amounts was built over time and it can't disappear in a matter of days, just because I've decided I want to lose weight.
But, if there is one thing I've learnt from my past experience is that, building healty habits is more effective than fighting with the old ones. This way, you focus your energy on positive things, like building a better version of yourself, a better YOU.
I have to follow my own advice, because ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
