My shirts are too small

Today is hump day of my workweek. I put on a blouse I made to wear, and took it off because it is too small. It sounds strange, but true. The reason is because with exercising my back and arms have gained some muscle so the arm and shoulder area are tight. Time to work on making some new ones 😃. I have plenty of fabric to choose from, it is just deciding on when to do it.

    What a great problem to have! I admire your attitude too. I found it encouraging because I tend to let that number control my emotions. For instance, I weighed this morning and hadn't lost any weight - my last weigh-in was 10 days ago and I've done a good job keeping within my calories and getting all my fitness minutes in. I was disappointed, but only until I read your blog and it reminded me it's just a number and muscle weighs more than fat!

    I'm already feeling better, stronger, more energy, and an overall feeling of well being. Thanks again for the encouragement!
