WEEKLY TOTALS
-My brother and his soon-to-be fiancée are visiting us for 12 days. We all have been working very hard to make the house clean and organized. I have been going through the mountains of "stuff" in my room and making lots of progress!

-I consumed 10,440 calories this week, which averages 1490 daily. I met my caloric goals (1450 calories or less) 5/7 days this week!

-I earned 965 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 4,115 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 900 net calories a day, which is on target.

-And I'm still stuck at 156! But the band played on!
