Really, if I took into account the first day I thought I should work out and lose weight...what day would this be? 23x365=7395...
So, here I am, day 7395...and I am still feeling positive about myself, about the changes I am making happen, and what the future holds! It's a long road, but I am enjoying the journey! I'm meeting lots of great people and trying all sorts of new things! What a great life I have! I am grateful!
