4 weeks to improve in-flight experience

Yeah, that's not much time, right? But it's not a reason to give up!
I went back to see what I weighed on my last flight, and I did record a weight 2 days after my last flight. I am currently a little more than 2 lb lighter than my last flight.
So, definitely not time to give up!
But I realized that since that last flight I'd gained 6 lb which had to be lost again just so I could start improving my in-flight experience.
I AM going to get on that cramped little box of tin lighter than last time. I. Just. AM!
