4 weeks to improve in-flight experience

Tuesday, August 18, 2015

Yeah, that's not much time, right? But it's not a reason to give up!
I went back to see what I weighed on my last flight, and I did record a weight 2 days after my last flight. I am currently a little more than 2 lb lighter than my last flight.
emoticon hooray!

So, definitely not time to give up!

But I realized that since that last flight I'd gained 6 lb which had to be lost again just so I could start improving my in-flight experience.

I AM going to get on that cramped little box of tin lighter than last time. I. Just. AM!

(this is the picture on my phone's lock screen today - I change it every day...just to keep it fresh so I notice it)

Love it! Hey, whatever it takes to keep us on track and aware of our choices! I'm not going on any flights anytime soon, so I will need to find another motivator!

I love that the plane seat comfort is your motivation! On my last trip, I came thiiis clooose to needing a seatbelt extender. But I was very uncomfortable and felt guilty for the overlycrowded person next to me. I have 4 months to fix that.

I am also getting ready for a long, uncomfortable flight in a few months. I hope to lose a few, too, so I can improve my experience. Good luck!
