Another day to my streak.

Since I am on the mobile site it doesn't show my streak, so not all together sure what day I blogged last time. Was it really just yesterday??
50 minutes doing moderate exercises in the pool and my steps. Came in range with calories and protein when I subtracted the calories from exercise. Started using the spark nutriyional app again. I still have write it down for my doctor, but that is okay.
Slept well last night and disdn't wake until 8 am. 2 more hours than yesterday. WooHoo! Love getting my sleep. My day goes way better!!
