I'm back... again!

Hi everyone! I can't believe it's been 2 months since my last blog! Okay... maybe I can. It's been a rough few months for me. I haven't been working out at all, the last time I ran I was in so much pain for 3 days I was in tears. It was not just your normal sore muscles, it was PAIN! I'm assuming my body is still adjusting to the change in my calcium levels since surgery. But, my hubs and I are back to it, with what I'm hoping is a fool-proof plan.
We are sucking it up and paying for a personal trainer. We will each be going once a week for an individual session, and once a week for partner training. This will last until the end of the year. I'm hoping that it will keep us motivated and pushing through times that we'd otherwise fall off the wagon. I'm HUGE these days. I hate my body and just want to get back to where I was 2 years ago.
I'm currently 177lbs and 44% body fat. EEEEEEKKKKK!
But, I'm hoping that 5 months (4.5 months, really) of hitting it hard with professional help will get us a lot closer to where we want to be. I know it's a lofty goal, but I'd really like to get into the low 140's by the end of our personal training. That's about 35lbs in 20 weeks. Luckily, we signed up for the package to get the trainer's nutrition counseling and a cardio plan. Since I will be showing someone my food log every week I will need to stay on track! No more Starbucks and Taco Bell for this girl!
I'm just really excited to have a plan that I can't ditch so easily. Since we are paying a small fortune for this, I really need to stick to it. My only fear is that by body is still going to fight me. I feel like my calcium levels have been stable lately so I'm hopeful that my muscles will agree.

Get my 5k steps in each day
Only splurge on Saturday's (When we go to the college football games)
Give 110% at training
Easy goals, nothing too crazy!
