For a very long time now, I have cut way back on soda, I am active 80% of my day, I drink tons of water, and I burn more calories than I take in. But I don't seem to be making any progress! I keep struggling with the same ten lbs, week after week. One week it's down, next it goes back up. I'm losing my mind! What am I doing wrong?????
