I'm back...again

I gained about 40lbs in the past 2 years and had a lot of setbacks mainly because of numerous health issues. I am committed to getting to a healthier weight so I can be active and enjoy life more.

Thank you to everyone for your continuous support. I am going to try to come back here more often because everyone is always so inspiring and supportive. Have a beautiful weekend!

    Just take it one day at a time. As long as you don't talk yourself out of it you will do great. I have 2 kids and they make it hard along with my allergies right now. However I do try to just go at it one day at a time and I always feel great even the days I want nothing to do with a workout. ha just push yourself but knowing to not over do it is key!

    Now, it's an even harder struggle to start again especially since I have pain in my knees, which is new and chronic back pain. But, if I can do this, so can you!!! Love & support to you!

    Hi, I'm 55 years young & have almost the same issues; I was going along great, lost 74 lbs, was walking everyday, then I started blowing it more & more, stopped exercising and slowly gained back 43 lbs of what lost.
