my goals are getting closer.

So last July I weighed in at 213 lbs. I had set a goal to lose 70 lbs by Oct 2015. I watched what I ate, kept my logs for weight, exercises, and food.
Today I weighed in at 158.8. My goal is only 17.2 lbs away. I've lost 8" from my waist, my shirt size has gone from a tight 2X to a loose large.
I am so proud of my accomplishments and sticking with my weight loss programs.
I like incorporating challenges. Right now I'm doing 28 day home workout challenge & 30 day plateau buster challenge. Day 4 on both.
