It's not the food,it's the company that makes the meal.
Vegetables, especially just picked in the garden, can taste great. Thanks vegetarian daughter.
Exercise works better than food for getting rid of stress and calming anger.
A walk alone outside is relaxing.
Telling people what's wrong or needs to change or working on a solution is better than stuffing it down with food
A good massage therapist can help you get rid of pain and stress
Picking up grandkids, walking easily upstairs, bending over, balancing when putting on shorts, are better than a big stomach and knee pain.
Gardening is better than TV and chips.
Nothing like shopping in a regular clothes store!
Eating a small treat stops feeling deprived later.
Stuffing down anger and sadness also stuffs down happiness and love.
It is better to feel and figure out what's going on if you want a better life.
