Here we go again...

I keep quitting on myself once the ball starts rolling. I don't want to keep losing the same 10 lbs.

Things have settled a bit after our big move. I no longer am able to keep using the same tired excuses for eating bad foods and not exercising. Gonna start cleaning my act up again little by little.

Water consumption and movement are first up. Let's do this thing!

    Ive also have lost and gained the same 10 lbs it sucks!but im keeping with this time im working out 4-5 times a week and using this app to the fullest,so don't give up keep on track.. good luck

    I've done this to myself several times. I'm really trying to stay with it though cause I'm only letting myself down when I quit. It helps to exercise with a buddy so you both can motivate each other. I have also got my daughter to start working out.
