It is amazing to be able to do so many things these days! I am like a "kid in a candy shop" as I willfully go from yard work to pulling weeds in the garden to window washing to hiking and walking the dog to swimming to playing volleyball with the kids to cleaning and organizing. I am hoping to get things ready for a yard sale at the end of the month (which is no small task, as I am learning!) Anyway--I give thanks for all that I can do and I am active and on the go most of the day. It is such a surprise for me and I am loving work a lot.
I am trying to get back to Spark people at a far lower level than I used to be. I am not leading teams and do not have all of the teams I participated in before. I use my WW tracker for nutrition and fitness (along with my active link) so I don't need to measure those things here. I cannot let this get out of hand again or it won't work. Since I've said it out loud, I will work on it. Please be patient with me and if it seems like I'm here more than I should be, feel free to mention it.
I am excited about my "new" body and what it can do. Having my back pulled together has been awesome in so many ways. My height increased by 2" after my surgery--so if you are keeping track: I started at 5'10" dropped to 5'6" and now I am at 5'8". That post-op change in my height was very strange. I am protecting my posture and maintaining the strength and flexibility of my legs. I am still working on many parts of being in this body.
I wish you all well and to keep reaching for your dreams. They can come true--keep working on them!!
