So I have been off track for about 3 weeks, first i was sick, then my nephew was born and my mom came to town, and then last week i hurt my back carrying laundry basketsup the stairs, but i am back in full force this week.
Back to the 5K. 3 weeks ago when i ran my first timed 5K on the treadmill my time was 42.41. After a few weeks not working out i really didnt expect to improve my time much, but today i finished in 40.29!! Not too shabby, lol. Just imagine how much better i could have done if i had kept at it these last few weeks! I could just kick myself, but overall i am super happy!!
