I've been struggling with my weight for years. I've tried all kinds of diets. I recently STOPPED dieting and just started changing how I cook. Now I'm adding more fresh veggies, homegrown, to my sauces and meals. Since doing so, I've actually felt better, I've lost 52 lbs in the last year, 8" from my waist (42"-34"). I have more energy and in a better mental state. I want to wish you all success in reaching your target weight and goals. Have a beautiful day.
