Last week's weight was a reflection of the bad weekend I had had. SO this week I was planning on losing the 3.8 pounds I had gained and some more. To do that, I was to follow strictly the diet for the whole week. I did that.
My week was busy. I waited the whole time to get my final grade in my calculus class. It was also a week of frustration with the pool. I haven't been able to keep the water clear all summer. I finally decided to change the sand in the filter. I had forgotten it implied buying 300 pounds of sand, vacuuming and dumping the wet sand already in the filter. let's just say it has been a real good workout! I can confirm that butt, thighs, back, shoulders and arms are all made of muscles!
So how did that week finally go?
last week's weight : 232.8
this week : 225.2
woohoo! lost the 3.8 I had gained plus another 3.8! I am now down more than 25 pounds! that feels great!
I did the mental weight test. My mental weight is 166 pounds. the principle of this diet is to have a mental weight equal to your healthy weight. If it is, you have a very good chance of being able to keep the weight down. If you don't, you have to work on the issues that makes it that high if you want to be able to lose and keep the weight off. Mine is optimal so It looks real good.
As for my class. I did get an 80 for my final test and a 93 in the final paper. Unfortunately my brain had quit on the midterm and I got 63 for it. I was able to save the furniture but did not get the A I was aiming for. I had a B+. so it brings my average down under the A-. I will work on not making the same mistake next semester. I did my midterm after a day at work. My brain was fried and couldn't function normally while taking the test. I will NOT do that again.
4 days of work and I will be off for 2 weeks. Can't wait for the 'ME' time! We will also go and pick up the puppy next week. That should be fun!
