Moving Forward - Take Action!

Reflecting back on BLC28. This was not my most successful round as I could not seem to get going for more than a few days at a time. On a positive note I never gave up but I would fluctuate between a few days on track and the a few days off. I did manage to maintain over the round but I want to lose some serious weight!
My plan moving forward into BLC29 is to focus on eating real food, tracking everything and watching my calories in versus calories out. I am not forbidding any foods but EVERYTHING must be tracked. I need to have something that is for the rest of my life and I think this will work for me.
ONLY TRACK ON THE DAYS YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!
