haven't written a blog in "like forever". I have been paying more attention to SP again, not just spinning the wheel and reading team emails but logging food and fitness etc.
I have begun the 28 day challenge. Day 1 was a 25 minute aerobic routine...brutal!! I am so uncoordinated!! Also my knees hurt so I have to do low-impact. I finished it though..go me!! Day 2 was legs and I finished and could even walk afterwards!! ha ha! I didn't do Day 3 yesterday as hubby and daughter were home and we went golfing instead. Everybody has gone to work today so I will tackle Day 3 later this morning.
