Can it be done?
I did it once before for a month a few years ago. It never did actually become a habit. Back then, I was eating pretty healthy except for the occassional sugary snack, so it was much easier!

I may do it for just 3 weeks again, just to see if I can do it. .....I dread the lack of energy for 3 days that will surely happen at the begining!!!! I know it will happen since last year when I quit all soda it happened, even when I weaned myself off slowly.

Maybe that's when I'll use my vacation time from work! I'll take a week off, I never have anywhere to go anyway! I can use that time to be creative in finding snacks I will love and allow myself to be lazy and sleepy while I withdrawn from sugar.

I've been told that if I think about it every day and talk about it to anyone who will listen. then eventually I will do it.

    I pretty much eat that every night, but I also eat chicken once in awhile. I always have a sweet potato with my dinner.
