    Very good advices..
    A timer
    remember writing goals
    I must remember them
doing exercise at the same time is difficult - I once thought of having my pc on a shelf high enough to have a step thing. Yeahh - Being on the go makes one less lazy

Set a TIMER... allow yourself a certain amount of time, and then go do something else, setting a timer for THAT activity, so you don't go back to the computer for a period of time... helps get you up and moving, too!

I take my phone to the gym and access the internet while on the elliptical and recumbent bike.

In other words I try to get some exercise while on the computer.

    Hope this helps!

    Have a great weekend!

Below is the opposite - But the computer is the enemy..

If you exercise regularly, it's possible to reduce your cholesterol even if you don't lose weight.
Several studies show widespread improvements in cholesterol levels are related to the amount of activity and not the intensity of exercise. The more minutes you exercise per week, the more your cholesterol levels will improve, even if accompanied by a minimal weight change.
