Bounce Back.

I had a slight bounce back today. Yesterday i was down to 155. It felt so good. I felt thinner. I could try on my "Skinny pants" and new bathing suit and they looked good! I worked out and did an hour of gardening here and then went up town for 2 hours and spread mulch. Today I was 2 pounds heavier! My husband has a theory that our fat cells don't want to give up their space so they fill up with water. That in turn makes us get discouraged and then we eat more, thus filling those cells up again. I think he has a point. I have been at this for so long now that I just keep keeping on and I know that 155 will show up again soon and then go down from there. It still does discourage me though! However, I am learning to smile my way through it and remember the Goal!
