I took July off from my goals & challenges. Not because I wanted to, but life was just too hectic so I kind of lost my way during July. We celebrated the 4th of July with family, then my oldest son's birthday was the 5th, mine was the 10th & I got a brand new granddaughter on the 31st. Whew, what a month full of
Remarkably, my weight seemed to remain level, that was a definite shock, I also got my A1C lab report --- a decrease from 7.9 to 7.7
Now I'm eager to get my groove back in August, so here are my goals for the month.
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Lose from 179.8 to 177
Time to get on track for August.
