    Keep hanging in there. You could maybe start a new trend of making the majority of your first week with not eating after your supper. Try that for one week and see how you can do it!! emoticon

    You should be toning nicely. Have you checked your measurements lately? You could be toning even though your weight isn't going down a lot.

    Your vacation sounds like fun. Hope it is restful for you.

    Stress eating?? Hmmm... I have a "no eating after 7pm rule". Perhaps you could do something like that. I know work stress does not do a person good. I'm sure you will do what is best for you. :D
