Today I took another small step on my road to Disney. I jogged 3 miles without walking. Until today I've been doing intervals of walking and jogging to ease myself back into training. I started at 2 miles of walking for 4 minutes and jogging for 1 minute. Today I jogged 36 minutes without stopping and I'm feeling great! Now I will start slowly working to my goal of a 10 minute mile. With each step this goal is feeling more and more obtainable. I'm looking forward to the next small step!
