OK, so here it is...

weight in : 232.8
last week : 229

That is a 3.8 pounds gain! hopefully I'll be able to correct that this week. No need to keep those too long emoticon

So far so good. since Monday morning (yeah I know.. not even 2 days..) I have been very good. I do plan on keeping it that way for the week. I did have a goal of reaching 220 by mid September!

I am waiting for my final grade... Hopefully I'll have at least a B+!

    Taking several days off from you regimented eating plan can really do some damage, but it appears you didn't really do too much damage to yourself and you got a nice "break" from real life for a while! You got this sis!!

    That is a reachable goal. U can do it! I am at 203 and trying to reach 190 by end of September. We got this. ;)
