So after a regain of almost 30 lbs., it's time to set some new goals.
First, I want to focus on the GOOD. I maintained my 100 lb. weight loss for THREE years. That is an accomplishment, and I can't lose sight of that.
After a couple of running injuries, and then depression that set in, I gained almost 30 lbs. of that back. As of now, my weight loss total is at 70 lbs., not 100. And that's OK. BUT. I want to get back to ME again. To get back to healthy. These bad habits have to stop.
Here are my new goals, set at a rate of losing 2 lbs. per week, which is honestly a faster rate than I normally lose, but I want to aim high, and I do think it's attainable.
I have had difficulty losing, and got blood tests done, and my thyroid is right on the border, some would say that I need to be on medicine, and I might need to be. I'm doing some research on that, but for now, will clean things up on my end of the street, and see how that goes.
