I am feeling a lot better from my cold/flu + chest infection. I'm also doing a lot better with my eating. I'm binging and purging less. Sometimes I'll find myself distracting myself then the urge gets too strong and I give in and after a couple times of giving in I go back to my distraction instead of just binging and purging all night. When I'm out, I find myself looking forward to doing my latch hooking and not binging and purging. I often eat breakfast for reals. Nothing extravagant, but better than nothing or something that comes up later. So I's doing pretty good based on my own terms.
