New Every Morning!

Thanks to a special teammate, I decided to look to each morning as a completely new day, regardless of my mess-ups the day before! God's mercies are new each morning!
Here is my outlook for this week!

Besides my 7 daily goals I listed in my last blog, I made an excel worksheet of a daily sheet for me to check off my goals each day. Here is a sample of my worksheet:

Exercise for 10 min a day/60 min a week.
Do S.T. Mon/Wed/Fri for 5 min a session.
Get 7 hrs Sleep.
Drink 8 cups of Water.
Eat 5 Freggies
Plan 2-3 Healthy Snacks.
Curb Snacks at Night.
Eat a Carb Smart BREAKFAST.
Eat a Carb Smart Snack.
Eat a Carb Smart LUNCH.
Eat a Carb Smart Snack.
Eat a Carb Smart SUPPER.
Eat a Carb Smart Snack.

This is a chart that I have put up that I need to check off each item as I do them. It makes me more accountable as I see which items that I have or have not checked off.

Then I also made up a Weight Goal chart as well, that I have to write down my actual weight and the date:
