July wrap up (and a 1-year streak celebration!)

In July I rode my recumbent bike every day. I started the daily bike ride habit on August 1 of last year, so that means it was a 366-day streak on July 31. That's a FULL YEAR of biking every day. I am so proud of myself! And July was a rough month, medically. Lots of doctor's appointments, including a full day of testing at the Cleveland Clinic (results expected in September.) Despite everything, I stuck to my streak and averaged 14.1 minutes and 1.7 miles a day on my recumbent bike, and I walked (on average) over 6800 steps and 3.2 miles a day.

I'm carrying my July goals forward into August, while I adjust to new meds and whatnot. But I am still making progress, which feels great.


Next month's goals:

Biking: 15 minutes and 1.7 miles per day (average)
Walking: 6,000 steps and 3 miles per day (average)



Biking: 2650 minutes, 333.5 miles
Walking: 1,154,369 steps, 541.1 miles
